His Excellency Bishop Elias AyubanThe Bishop

Bishop Elias Ayuban is the second Bishop of Cubao. A Claretian missionary and canon lawyer, he began his episcopal ministry in Cubao in 2024, succeeding the diocese’s founding bishop, Most Rev. Honesto F. Ongtioco.

His ministry calls the local Church to become a listening, missionary, and compassionate community: the Santatlo of clergy, religious, and laity serving as one.
